LIZ COLLIER
GENERAL MANAGER
Liz has been working alongside people with intellectual disability since 2004.
She is committed to making sure people with intellectual disability are involved in all decisions, changes and communication affecting their lives.
Over time this has included working with people with intellectual disability and others to lead projects about rights and safety, setting up new services, and creating training and resources for people with intellectual disability, support workers and organisations.
Liz enjoys working as part of a big team with people from other places to support each other and get things done.
Liz loves living in the Northern Territory and is proud of the work that the Inclusion NT team are doing together to create leadership opportunities for people with intellectual disability.
BEN HANKIN

Hi, my name is Ben Hankin.
I like tea and I love using technology.
I like to relax, and I am an inside person.
I have worked as an Inclusion Advisor for 3 years.
My favourite part of Inclusion NT is the team and the leadership group.
REBECCA DIXON
INCLUSION ADVISOR
Hi, my name is Rebecca Dixon.
I’m married to Geoffrey Dixon.
I’m an Inclusion Advisor at Inclusion NT.
I’m deaf impaired.
My hobbies are dancing, singing, signing in a choir and gaming.
I love to dress up in cosplay costumes.
TAHNEE BADROCK
PROJECT OFFICER
Tahnee is passionate about inclusion, belonging, voice and community for everyone.
Tahnee’s experience includes managing a work training café for students with disabilities, supporting people with disabilities to prepare for work, leading adult learning and social groups, and volunteering in a sign language choir.
Tahnee loves learning from those around her. A highlight of her career so far has been learning some Signed English and Auslan.
Tahnee’s hobbies are hiking, camping, singing, signing, dancing, pottery, cooking, eating, and reading.
Tahnee wants to work towards a world where everyone knows their values, passions and strengths, and is free to live a life that they choose.
EDISSON GIOVANNY GARCIA
PROJECT OFFICER
Edisson has professional experience in human rights, public policy, education, and research.
He cares deeply about inclusion and fairness, especially for people with disability.
He is doing his PhD at CDU while working in Inclusion NT.
In his free time, he enjoys staying active, spending time with family, watching movies, and swimming.
He believes in working hard while making time for the things he loves.
CALLUM BATEMAN

My name is Callum Bateman I was born in Adelaide in 1988 but I have lived in Darwin most of my life with my parents, my brother and my sister. I was the only chid with down syndrome. I got married with a lovely lady with drown syndrome she is love of my life
In my spare time I like doing art and craft I do diamond parting with my wife I love to go to the movies and go shopping as well with my lovely wife. I Like swimming and spending time with my family. I am a kind person
I love doing act of kindness for others when they need help. I got a soft side of me love helping elder people
CHERYL DOWNMAN
INCLUSION ADVISOR
I am a proud mother of seven children. Shauna who lives in Alice with her fiancee, and Kiara, Ashley, Bhriannen, Gregory, Jeremy, and Madeline.
I normally make myself a cappucino and turn on the TV to start the day.
I have friends and extended family I see but they only assist me sometimes.
Catrin Kroeger

Catrin was born in Germany to an Ecuadorian mother and grew up surrounded by multiple cultures, languages, and traditions. That early mix of perspectives shaped her love for people, stories, and the richness that diversity brings.
Although she still loves travelling and exploring new places, Darwin has been her home for more than ten years. She appreciates the different communities that make Darwin special, its community spirit, and the sense of belonging it offers.
Catrin enjoys Salsa dancing, gardening, and connecting with people from all walks of life.
Her passion for inclusion began in her teenage years, inspired by a close neighbour and friend who lived with Down Syndrome. Since then, she has been committed to advocating for people with disabilities and supporting communities to thrive together.
