Inclusion NT has made a Strategic Plan for our work for the next 3 years.

We talked to:

• Our team.
• People in our Reference Group.
• People in the Local Steering Group.

Everyone shared their ideas and it helped us to make goals for our work.

Our goals are:

1. People with intellectual disability are leaders in their lives and communities.
2. Families have the skills and knowledge they need to support people with intellectual disability to make decisions about their lives.
3. Inclusion NT listens and learns from the people we work with, and we include all communities.
4. Inclusion NT staff are healthy and happy.
5. Inclusion NT has what we need to do our work into the future.
6. Inclusion NT speaks up with and for people with intellectual disability so they can know their rights and have good lives.
